By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, or availing any services offered by SDS Education, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Institute Overview

SDS Education is a government-registered educational institute operating under Srishti Design Studio Society, offering computer education and government-recognized skill development programs.

2. Admission and Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to eligibility criteria prescribed by SDS Education and/or relevant government authorities
  • Submission of accurate, complete, and authentic information is mandatory
  • The institute reserves the right to cancel admission if any false or misleading information is found

3. Fees and Payments

  • Course fees must be paid according to the prescribed schedule
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
  • SDS Education reserves the right to revise course fees or structures when necessary

4. Course Delivery and Certification

Course content, duration, and training methodology may be updated in line with government guidelines or industry requirements. Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, including attendance and assessments.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the institute premises
  • Follow all rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct issued by the institute
  • Refrain from activities that disrupt the academic environment

SDS Education reserves the right to take disciplinary action in cases of misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, logos, and branding associated with SDS Education are the intellectual property of the institute and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SDS Education shall not be responsible for employment outcomes, job placements, or income expectations; losses resulting from misuse of training or information provided; or technical disruptions or issues beyond the institute's reasonable control.

8. Government Skill Development Programs

Participation in government-sponsored skill development programs is subject to applicable government rules, eligibility criteria, and approvals. SDS Education acts as an authorized training partner and adheres to official guidelines.

9. Termination of Services

The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any student in the event of misconduct, policy violations, or non-compliance with institute regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
